The Fair Office is located on the Fairgrounds at 2821 8th Line Road, Metcalfe, Ontario. The office building is behind the Den, just inside the main gates.

Regular Office Hours:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Beginning September 8, 2026:

Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 12 noon

September 28to October 3 – 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

October 4 – 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
